Cynthia also served as a business representative for her former employer, Westar Energy, Inc., on government-industry task forces and environmental initiatives.
Cynthia can perform governance reviews to determine if your bylaws and board and committee structures comply with legal requirements. She can identify issues that might need to be addressed by your attorney, your board of directors, or your management team. Cynthia will work with you to identify your tracking and maintenance needs and thoroughly review your bylaws, policies, contracts, and associated documents for business and legal requirements, deliverables, and deadlines, of which you and your staff need to be kept informed to remain in compliance with your contractual obligations.
Cynthia can also build a reliable contracts management program and establish other business processes and tracking systems to keep you on top of your contractual or other business requirements. After implementing a system, Cynthia can train your staff to take over its maintenance, allowing you to move forward and add new contracts to the system easily and efficiently.
