Linda Chan is a dynamic human resources leader with a sharp strategic mindset and a deep understanding of what drives business success. Detail-oriented and people-focused, she has built and executed HR functions from the ground up, guiding cross-functional teams to enhance organizational efficiency and employee engagement.

With a proven track record of identifying opportunities for process improvement, Linda has successfully implemented initiatives that streamline workflows, boost productivity, optimize costs, and elevate employee satisfaction. Her strategic, design-oriented approach and process-driven mindset have earned her the nickname “People/HR Engineer” from executives and leaders who have benefited from her expertise.

Linda’s expertise includes strategic workforce planning and execution, compensation and benefits, talent management, HR business process optimization, HRIS implementation, employee and labor relations, legal compliance, and people analytics, among other key HR disciplines.

Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University, a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Webster University, and a Professional Certificate in Mini-MBA Studies from SUNY at Buffalo. She is currently pursuing her MBA degree at William Jewell College.
